Grandma Sue's Visit
Caleb's mom, Sue, has been here all week. We had such a blast, not that we did anything exciting. We did the things we normally do, but it is much more fun with visitors. She brought lots of presents to win Addy over from day one. Here is a picture of Addy in her new Ariel PJ's.
And her fairy princess dress up skirt. She loved running around in this.
Addy loved palling around with grandma. They got to be good friends right away.
Even when Addy was really tired after shopping all day at the new outlet malls.
Here is a picture from our pool.
Thanks for coming to visit Sue!

Am I obsessed?
Okay don't think I am crazy obsessive or anything, but I guess I am because this topic has hit my blog more than once. At least I am not the only one. The entire cast for the new movie basically make up the top 30 most searched names on the web. I found a few exciting videos about TWILIGHT. There are 4 videos on this page. ENJOY!

Busy Week
Landon is such a cute happy baby. He was all smiles.
We sat around the camp fire until almost midnight.
We thought we lost Addy's shoes so she had to wear an extra pair of Kade's. Here she is playing in the dirt. Luckily Summer, the shoe princess, found it before the end of the trip.
The morning after: Kylee being cool and Addy didn't want her picture taken.
So if you look close at Kylee's PJs you can see her right leg is swollen and tight. Well that is because she played so hard all night her diaper fell off and went down by her foot. I had a ton more pictures, but I lost them all as I was uploading them to the computer. I am so sad :(

Puerto Rico
Well I haven't posted pictures from Puerto Rico because I took way to many...over 400. It was really hard to narrow down which ones to post.
Here is Addy being a little pool rat. Below is Caleb taking her down the slide.
Addy's favorite activity was the pool and going by the end of the trip she could kick herself to the edge of the pool. She loved to go down the slide and every time we were in the hotel she would say "poo poo" asking someone to please take her to the pool.
This is a picture of us on our way to the pool. Our hotel grounds were so beautiful and we were right on the beach so we could step out onto the sand any time. Our hotel was really quite wonderful.
Here are my sisters, Missy and Alesha with Addy just before the rain forest hike. We went to the top of this tower. Which had the most amazing view. But we didn't stay to long because the people up there waiting for us to leave so they could smoke weed. (They assumed we couldn't speak spanish)
However, they were nice enough to take our picture for us. But it doesn't really show the view.
We rented sea kayaks. We caught some awesome waves, but Caleb fell out on our way in. He claims it was my fault, but I am not so sure about that.
Addy didn't particularly like the beach she kept saying the sand was too "hot" and the waves coming at her frightened her.
This is at the Fort San Cristobal entrance.
My cute parents at the Fort.
Here is everyone on one of the ramps at the Fort. It's hard to see them because it was hot and everyone was in the shade.
My favorite part of the trip was the bioluminescence lagoon. I don't have any pictures because our guide told us not to bring cameras. We kayaked under the stars through this canal that had the trees draped over it like a love tunnel. In the dark the moving water would glow. So you could see shrimp that would jump in the water because they were glowing a neon blue color. When you put your hand in the water it would glow even after you took it out. I guess there are about 5 places in the world with the right conditions for glowing plankton to live. So it was pretty neat, not to mention romantic. :)
If you look close you can see the tower on top of the hill.
Then we hiked to this gorgeous waterfall. This creepy guy kept following Alesha and Missy around and I couldn't get a picture of them without him in it. So if anyone could help me learn how to photo shop him out that would be great!
Here is Caleb underneath the waterfall.
Iguanas lived at our hotel grounds near a pond. It was kinda scary how Addy wasn't afraid of them. She tried to feed them anything she could find.
Occasionally they wondered out to the pool side.
Here is Alesha climbing a palm tree. You can't tell from this picture but she was up there really high. This is my brother, Caleb (I know it gets confusing sometimes). He was so sweet the entire trip and Addy adores him. He cracked open some coconuts so we could drink them and pretend we were on the show LOST.
Missy and Alesha in their snorkel gear at Seven Seas beach. We hung out here while the guys went on a scuba dive. We also did the body board, but I didn't get any pictures of it.

Well there you have it our trip in a nutshell. I could go on and on about it, but I think this post is plenty long enough.

Texas Wildflowers
Texas has beautiful wildflowers for the first weeks of April. My friend Kelsey does photo shoots out in the flowers for something different, but since I am going on vacation I wasn't able to make it to her annual trip. We went out ourselves and quickly found how hard it is to get a good shot in the flowers. I took over 200 pictures and Addy wasn't very cooperative she really did not want to look at the camera. Anyway, here are a few pictures from this morning.
Look how beautiful the sky is in the mix of everything. It was very windy and about to rain. Many of the pictures had hair all over her face.
This picture shows Addy really wasn't comfortable being in the flowers all by herself.
Olivia did better than Addy and had many cute photos this is one of my favorites.
We tried to get Addy to smile, but she just gave us her sassy look. "You guys are not funny"--Addy.
More Sass.
All in all I am just glad I got to go see the Texas bluebonnets. The natural beauty of wildflowers isn't something you get to see every day. Thanks Josie for coming with me!

Life
I don't want to say much, but I am very pro-life. I believe people should stand up and accept the consequences of their decisions. Abortion is not the only solution and I would never equate having a baby to an STD. I like Barak Obama, but he is making it harder for me to like him. If he is elected I hope there are enough people who believe in life to negate his position on abortion.
